If the door will not close and the garage is open, treat it as urgent. Do not force a curtain that has been pushed out of its guides; that is how a repairable door becomes a curtain replacement. Photograph the damage before anything is moved if you intend to claim.
Because wind loads a door in a way daily use does not. A curtain already binding slightly, or a spring already out of tension, copes with normal operation and then fails under pressure. The door that goes in the first front is nearly always the one that was already not quite right.
